Migration to the new backoffice 2.0!

Dear Members,

On Friday (13/06) it is going to begin the migration to the new Backoffice 2.0. This migration will be gradual and it will take 9 days. If an intervention is needed, the system could be not operational without notice.

The process will be based on a gradual liberation of modules and for a groups of users. First, a selected group of leaders will be able to test the features of the new Backoffice. Then, and after approval of the module, paid boxes will be able to try, and the next day, all users will be able to use it.(libertagia)

Each phase will last 24 hours, but the liberation of modules may be subject to changes based on the performance of the migration.

The new Backoffice 2.0 has been developed with the aim to facilitate, for members of the company, navigation in our system; and it is available in Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian, Russian and Chinese.

 

 

The purpose of this alert is to inform about the migration to cause as less inconveniences as possible for leaders and members.
