Click Plus is a product that generates traffic to people that purchase a Click package. You can sell those packs to anyone that is starting a business, or to companies that need to increase their website´s position in Google or the different search engines. These paid visits will be completed as office tasks to do.

Advertisement contract for “Click Plus´´:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Contract for advertisement made between the affiliate hereafter called CONTRACTING partry and the other party being LibertàGià International Lda, IBC 13082, situated in the following address_hereafter named as CONTRACTED party, are under the following terms and conditions:

1 – The purpose of this contract is the provision of advertising services to the interest of CONTRACTING party, whose website will be circulated internally on the site http://libertagia.com/office/members/login in the backoffice of the affiliates,as a task to be performed.

1.1 “Tasks” are considered when the site of CONTRACTING party has been viewed, with the possibility of navigation, during the period scheduled for the task. The task completion time may be changed by the interests of CONTRACTED party, without prior notice.

2 – Values ​​of “Click plus” packages will be governed by the rates quoted and tabulated, herein.

2.1 – The number of clicks contracted are in relation to the tasks effectively completed. Tasks not performed, interrupted and / or idle are not counted as completed tasks, not being debited from the package purchased by the CONTRACTING party.

2.2 – The CONTRACTING party will pay the CONTRACTED party with the means of one of our existing forms of payment through our payment processor partners.

2.3 Only after the realization and confirmation of the payment, the contracted package will be scheduled by the technical team. The CONTRACTED party shall, submit a report analysing the tasks performed after completion of the package.

3 – If the CONTRACTED party for any reason, fail to convey the contracted tasks throughout the site in the periods, the CONTRACTING party is relieved of the payment made, which may request a refund or reschedule the tasks.

4 – The CONTRACTED party may refuse or suspend the airing of websites that contravene the Terms and Conditions of the use of the Live in the box, or the Ethics Code of LibertàGià, good manners, as well as its editorial direction, without being subject to any contractual fine. Also, it will be considered a justified refusal if the content of the advertising is not provided on time.

Paragraph 1. – Cancellations, changes and suspensions of ads will only be accepted in writing through the email address atendimento@libertagia.com within three (03) days prior to inclusion in the tasks.

Paragraph 2. – Failing to cancel or non-delivery of the material (site information) within the time specified in the previous item implies the charging of the full price for the reserved advertising space and a new deadline is scheduled for the airing of the ads, according to the availability of the company.

Paragraph 3. – The CONTRACTED party shall not be liable for any errors and / or distortions of information contained, lack of product, inconsistent information, technical problems, or any operational problem or content which has been inserted on the site the CONTRACTING party wishes to advertise.

5 – This contract shall commence on the date of its digital signature and ending with the completion of the number of clicks purchased.

First Paragraph: For adjustments of the values ​​of the “Click Plus” packages purchased during the scheduling of the CONTRACTING party, the CONTRACTED party shall not transfer the adjusted values​​, preserving the complete execution of the activities of boosting the site until the end of the contract.

6 – This contract can be legally terminated, regardless of any judicial or extrajudicial, in case of breach of its terms and conditions, by voluntary or compulsory liquidation, bankruptcy or insolvency of either party.

7 – “Click Plus” is a product Libertà Già offered within our BackOffice, and may be used or resold by the affiliate. We are not responsible for inconsistency of the registered information, or for possible misconduct in the negotiation of this product with others.
